Hello, Iam Mahesh here ! If you have problem to for just connecting the SATA hard drive then you dont need to buy an adapter,provided its an internal HDD. You just have to attach one power cable right away coming from your SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply), from which your your CPU gets power supply, to your HDD and one SATA cable(i.e. data cable) to the SATA port onto your motherboard. Then you are ready to use it with some simple steps of initial formatting and disk partitions.
