Well im sorry, i always have a problem with these people (non-techy people lol) , i can't always make things easier for people, i'd rather be like give me that thing i'll do it lol But then there is another lower lower level of user who aren't worth helping (mean i know but i don't mean it litrally) like i remember chatting online with a friend to help her fix something like see this

But then if i try to be that simple like saying "click start menu>control panel" , they go like "i know where control panel is silly, im not that dumb".
