I should have said I also believe it's a DNS issue.

Something else I just thought of, try using different Browsers. i.e.
Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera web browser and even Apple's
Safari (Yes even Windows XP, Vista, and 7 users can download the
Safari web browser to stick it to Microsoft. lol)
