Hi, when I go into Control Panel and try to run the Add Remove program, I get the following error: An exception occured while trying to run "C:\Windows\System32\Shell32.dll.Control_RUNDLL "C:\Windows \System32\appwiz.cpl" Add or Remove Programs" I did a search on my hard drive and found appwiz.cpl in two places:
c:\Windows\System32 c:\Windows\Service Pack Files\386 If I doubleclick the file in the System32 folder, I get the above mentioned error message. But if I doubleclick the file in the 386 folder, the Add Remove program opens. I tried deleting the file in the System32 folder and replacing it with the one in 386, but I still get the error message.
