Unless you are doing very intense gaming the refresh rate would
probably go unnoticed.

I would Highly recommend buying a Monitor from a retail online store
instead of EBay.  When you buy a monitor from Newegg.com or
Tigerdirect.com or Bestbuy.com it is A LOT easier and less of a
headache to return the monitor in case something were to go wrong.

I can only speak for myself, but I have bought my monitors from
Newegg.com for the past 4 years and had no problems with any of them.
I have purchased Samsung, Hanns-g, and acer monitors and enjoy them
all.  The prices are excellent for brand new items.  Most EBay items
being sold are either referbs or have "fallen off a truck"
