>From the link it appears he is wanting to have a group. Now, Google Groups can have pages, customized (to a point) layout. However the layout customization is limited to the theme of the group. And, you will NOT be able to use your 'small software' to publish your content. Google groups are just a fancy interface to Newsgroups (originally was only usenet groups). It is NOT Website hosting or publishing.
