First off (for those who don't know about the journaling function) a good article is at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA100343461033.aspx Another place to look is at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/CH062556541033.aspx lastly, to answer your question: You need to go to Options, Journal Options and make the appropriate selections.
