I am trying to help a friend that has an HP Pavilion a250e (D7219L). He believes the cable and power switch are defective as he has a green light on the back of the power supply unit itself.
Can he use any atx power switch as a replacement? The cable has the power switch on one end and connects to the motherboard on the other. Or is this a propritary cable that he would need to hunt down? No luck on the HP site. They just state parts no longer available for this unit for almost every part.
