1) Did you check on the Dell website? Or use the dell website support
options (to, for example,
    chat with one of their support reps?
2) Is there a menu item to register it (to run the registration
wizard)?
    Do you have a bitdefender account? (account plus bitdefender being
register allows access to their support reps)
    Did you check their knowledgebase? (at 
http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/consumer/
)
    Did you check the registration tutorial? (at
http://www.bitdefender.com/media/html/support/register.html)
