I did not use the install disc that came with the card because many folks told me those drivers would be outdated. So, I threw that aside and I went to "amd.com" and downloaded the current ATI drivers for the specific card. I also downloaded the most current Flash and Shockwave player from Adobe's website. I honestly can't fathom what the problem is. Even in 480p, it doesn't play as smooth as it should. My system is Intel Pentium 4, 2.40 GHz, and 512 Mb of Ram. So, I shouldn't be having these problems. Anything else you can recommend? Certain configurations or a bit of tinkering in the BIOS perhaps?
