I don't understand what's the problem here, even if you receive a link in a
text format you could just copy the link and paste it in the address bar and
it will work,
and as far as i know Hotmail can receive HTML emails, unless you are using
some email client that doesn't.
Please explain the problem a bit more because i don't understand what's the
problem.
