Not necessarily, CHKDSK deleting corrupt atts just means that those
files were being accessed while your computer crashed, and CHKDSK
changed the value of those files to not being accessed.  It is when
CHKDSK finds corrupt file tables or bad sectors that you should get
worried.

Just make sure to backup your important information, you should be
fine, but hard drives are known to fail at any time, they are a moving
part just like a car engine.
