Hi, I am going to upgrade the RAM in my IBM ThinkPad T21 (256MB RAM, 800MHz PentiumIII processor, 250GB HDD) laptop. The maximum RAM is 512MB, but I heard that it can handle up to 1GB. I am also going to upgrade to XP (running Millenium Edition right now) so I want to stuff it with all of the RAM I can! Is there any way (such as a BIOS upgrade, etc.) to make the machine recognize and fully use 1GB or RAM? Thanks.
