Making your laptop look like a mac sounds interesting I guess, but still...
If you really want to do this then fine. Take your keyboard off your laptop, remove the bezel, unhook the wireless and screen, remove the screen.... Take the screen out of the upper case, and drill a 1.5"x1.5" hole. Once that is finished you will need to buy a apple light up logo online, you would need to fit it correctly and super glue it to the case, once that is done I would recommend a light compound like a car bondo, get that in there and sand around the logo. After that you tape the apple logo off and shoot the case with some paint, clear coat it.... Once that is done you would need to find the power on the motherboard for a USB port and solder the apple logo power to it. After that is complete put back together and you have a light up apple logo.... I would seriously just recommend buying an Apple...I have a MacBook Pro 13.3" and love it, yes it is quite a bit more expensive then a normal laptop, but is great, it lasts anywhere from 5-7 hours of battery, and I have dual boot with Windows XP and virtual machine with Windows XP on top of my Mac OSx SL.... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
