Thanks for the great info, I like manual configurations, because you can always track the problem or troubleshoot it, although my network here, is semi manual and the other half is DHCP dependent...but when i face a problem like connection is active and I can ping but no internet access is possible, I commonly change it to automation...and when get a correct DHCP, everything is solved...
