First off, in looking at the Belarc report it appears that you may have a memory problem. You have 4 GB memory installed but it indicates only 3 GB usable. And if it does have a memory problem then the problems you are having could be explained by that.
Also, it appears that Belarc has a bug giving the Bus (FSB) speed. For your motherboard the FSB is 1333/1066/800 MHz (motherboard specs at http://www.mercury-pc.com/product-spec.php?productid=743 or http://www.mercury-pc.com/product-spec.php?productid=751 or http://www.mercury-pc.com/product-detail.php?link=p-mainboards&subtitle=Mainboard&productid=743 or http://www.mercury-pc.com/product-detail.php?link=p-mainboards&subtitle=Mainboard&productid=751). Note that product id 751 is for FSB 1333 MHz. The thing that does not make sense is the specs indicate only 2 DIMM slots but the Belarc report indicates 4 slots- whic is it?
