Now that wahid mentioned it, i once had a kinda of close problem, but it was
on a linux system, the /tmp (temporary folder) didn't have write access for
all users, so i wasn't able to even logon the system at all, a terminal
access in recovery mode was possible though, so i changed the tmp folder
permission to writeable to every one, and it worked after reboot, could be a
similar problem
