WMM seems to be working for me. I don't have any original 3:4 footage,
but I took a small 4:3 clip, rotated it 90deg (right-click, add Video
Effect), rendered it, then rotated it 270deg and rendered. The video
looks fine.

Any ideas how to right a video made on a Canon digital camera from
Portrait to Landscape mode? When I do it in Windows Movie Maker. the
aspect ratio goes from a 3:4 to a 1:1 and the image is distorted.
