I'm pretty sure the answer to this is no, but I'll ask anyway.
I was told we had a CAD-type file of an architectural design. It turned
out to be just a TIFF someone had scanned from a paper version. Is
there any type of software that recognizes shapes, in the same way OCR
software can recognize letters in TIFF, & could maybe convert the TIFF
to a CAD? tia.
