No it is not a component. I have two Dells (Dimension E310's) and they have both had this problem since problem since they shipped. The case is buzzing. If you hold the case to stop the buzzing the machines ARE reasonably quiet. The normal vibration is being turned into sound by the case, has anyone had experience trying to silence a case like this?
