I never said it is paramount, you did. I said that there is no CEO that has ever said, 'boy I hope we don't gain any market share'. Do you really think Jobs says that at shareholders meetings? Perhaps he also says 'We hope this quarter our market share will drop even more so we can get better quality.' That's the logical end of your argument...that the perfect product will only be produced when in the end there is zero market for the product. In that case the zune must be damn close to being perfect.
