I am sure that many folks here share your feelings on this topic. And, you know what? It isn't getting any better to the best of my estimation. There are responsive businesses out there, and it is a pleasure when you run across them.

As a little aside, yet on subject, I'm dumping Verizon because they have finally revealed what liars and law breakers they are. Out here in Virginia I'm going to go with Cavalier. A pox on our current administration for now trying to legislate protections for Verizon!
