Tell them. They probably don't know how awful and offensive their site
is. Suggest they fire their webmonkey too or waterboard him/her to
extract promises of "no Flash".
;-)
Remind them that they're losing business. You are one of many customers
who leave, but you may be the only one who tells them so.
Tell them. Now. Then ask for a good discount. Honda rarely gives
discounts, but this could make money for them if they fix their site.
Demand a big discount!!
I couldn't agree with you more. Here is the worst offender I have had the
misfortune to use:

Their home page consists of nothing but several Flash animations. I tried
opening up all the flash animations and finally gave up after it took so long
to download each one. It is a well known Honda dealership and I never could
find the extended warranty department until I Googled for a direct link. It has
gotten to the point that when a Flash shows up as the first page of a browser
without an option to bypass it, I just find another source for my information.
