When we bought our latest Mac the second thing we did was pick out a decent two button mouse at the Apple store. The supplied mouse hasn't even been out of the box.
I haven't had a new Mac in over a decade all though i do have a friends cast off G3 that still works well enough to surf with and anything is better than the 6340 we have.
