I can't help but say that the worst thing about Macs/OSX is the Dock.
Great operating system otherwise but whenever I am using OS X and
multi-tasking between programs, web pages, files etc, I am spending
a LOT of time struggling with the various windows... trying to
find one I had open before, trying to get others I have, open out
of the way etc.
Hmmm, I also have several programs running at once with multiple
windows but I love using the dock. When I was on Windows, I put a
dock-like software on that so I could have the same function there.
I guess you must have a LOT more running than I do if it's hard to
find them on the dock.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather
to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body
thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a
ride!" Have a wonderful day!
