Saul record all phone numbers and report them to the FCC. Making
spam calls to cell phones might (notice that word) might be illegal.
Companies are not supposed to use automatic dialers with cell phone
numbers and if they did they can be fined for this.

This is an Internet rumor that rears its ugly head every few months.
It's a good idea to register your LAND LINE with the do not call registry if
you haven't already, but it is unnecessary for cell phones.
