Mine (photoco.com) came with a wall wart that is universal 100-240V 
50-60Hz so all you would need is a plug adapter. Plug adapters are widely 
available in DC, even at the corner drug store.

Reviews of these frames tend to be very positive or very negative. I 
think many of the negative reviews are from people who do not understand 
how JPEG resolution, aspect ratio, and compression work: garbage in -- 
garbage out.
