Thanks for your time. I couldn't find this. Sounds like I'm out of
luck. It sounds like I have everything but that Intel processor. Why
that's needed I have no idea. I seem to meet all the other requirements.
The whole thing sounds a bit like false advertising as far as I'm
concerned. I wonder how many other Mac users have bought OS X.5
thinking it will work as advertised. Even in my searches they didn't
tell me I needed the Intel Core Duo processor. But of course I didn't
dig as deep as you. I'm not used to Apple be so...I can't even think
of the phrase, but it's not a good one.
And not to run on about this, but why didn't Apple make this option
for all their computers that would run OS X.5? I thought they have,
for the longest time, said anything a PC can do a Mac can do. Then
they turn around and pull this crap.
