I'm not even sure what a "scrollbar" is. Is that the boat on the right
of windows? If so, it's never occurred to me to try to change it,
maybe because I use my middle mouse button for most scrolling. There
certainly aren't any "fonts" on it to change, so I'm not sure what
you're describing isn't normal.

Cloning an old drive to a new one isn't usually a major project. I do
it all the time. Only hassle is sometimes you have to get both drives
on the internal EIDE (or SATA) bus for it to work.
