Not always.  On Saturday, I ordered a Cooler Master Centurion 5 case and 600
watt power supply that will both be free after rebates.  The PS was out of
stock by that afternoon.  I even scored on the shipping.  By paying through
paypal, Zipzoomfly knocked off the shipping charges of $23.  In all, I'm
getting about $125 worth for no cash at all.
