An invention of the media. Internet shopping does not really get into full swing until the latter half of Dec. I usually start shopping at comparison sites like Google Products or Shopzilla. These lead me to smaller merchants that know they have to offer a good value to make the sale. I also try to get all my shopping done early so I don't have to worry as much about out-of-stock items and delivery delays. However, when I have made last minute purchases I have been pleasantly surprised with the quick delivery. Last year I made a last minute purchase from the Apple store on the Saturday before Christmas and had the product in my hands on Monday morning. ************************************************************************ * ==> QUICK LIST-COMMAND REFERENCE - Put the following commands in <== * ==> the body of an email & send 'em to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <== * Join the list: SUBSCRIBE COMPUTERGUYS-L Your Name * Too much mail?
