I don't believe you'll ever fulfill your wish list as stated.

Multiple drive enclosures all have fans because of concentrated heat build up. If you want fan-less you have to go with a multiple single enclosure models such as Speed Metal etc. but I have never seen a single enclosure (a consumer item) with a 3 or 5 year warranty (which are typically oriented towards larger capacity & robust commercial hardware which all have fans). Buying the single fanless enclosure(s) and HD of choice separately would be the easiest way to go.
