I've switched from the PC and the kluge of MS Word/Mail
Merge to print Christmas card envelopes to a Mac with
Address Book and ... what. For example, my cousins,
Debbie & John Smith live in GA and have two kids. I
have the address entry as Debbie & John for the first
name, etc. I would like the envelope to read
"The Smith's" or "The Smith Family". With the PC and
the kluge of MS Word/Mail Merge this was possible after
what seemed like an eternity of attempts to get things
correct.

I've tried "Easy Envelope"(??), but that doesn't quite
do it. This is a database at the bottom of this, so it
should be possible. Applescript looked promising, I
have a couple of books but haven't managed to crack the
code of how to make it do something beside the examples
in the books.

How do people do Christmas cards using a Mac? Do they
still write them by hand?
