Oh wait. That's some odd version of the new  AVCHD codec. You may be on
your own with that one. I've never tried  it.

I have had some experience with Ulead.  What is the spindle speed of  the 
hard drive you are capturing to?  7200RPM seems to be the minimum  without 
causing .avi files that prompt difficulties.
