Good and useful information. Thanks. I think this clause is where condo or homeowner's associations can claim the right to prevent the erection of TV antennas by individuals: "Under some circumstances where a central or common antenna is available, a community association or landlord may restrict the installation of individual antennas." I believe that if a community is served by a cable provider, then this exclusion may be applicable even though a cable is not an antenna.
