Sales and Use Tax - Computer Services - The special session of the Maryland General Assembly resulted in changes to the Maryland sales and use tax statutes. The legislature also extended the sales and use tax to certain computer services effective July 1, 2008. The Comptroller's Office will release additional information regarding the taxability of these services in the near future.
