Firstly, make sure you aren't subscribed to the digest. It makes no sense to subscribe to a digest (that combines messages) and then break the messages apart later. You are not saving bandwidth or anything, you're only delaying delivery, making timely participation impossible. Not to mention adding a whole layer of unnecessary complexity.
