Bluehost is $7/month. 1&1 has tiered plans at $4, $5, $10, and $20/month. You need to look at the features chart to find the plan that works for you. I have the $10 plan. If you are starting out the $4 plan should be fine. Or you can try Google. I think cguys.org works fine and that is free.
