This would suggest that you buyer is bulk mailing these offers to buy. This is a tough decision. If you want to sell art via a website you have to be ready to fill orders that come via Internet. Yet you don't want to get scammed and orders that come via Internet always seem suspicious. So insist on payment in advance using a means that is not reversable, like money order or moneygram and redeem it for cash.
