It's all part of the hidden costs which have gradually been shifted over
to the consumer. Permanent copies of manuals, statements, and CD's which
used to be included with the product, are now having to be recreated by
each individual consumer. How's that for efficiency?

Which will eventually put WalMart in third place. Selling music on discs
is so over.
Ironically, one of the first things you should do with digitally
purchased music is copy it to a disc. Hmm.
