Bingo, but you don't need a router or bridge. Just a subnet mask. All equipment gets an IP address with tha same first three numbers (192.168.001.xxx). Give all the private business equipment a static IP address ending in 129-254. Set up a DHCP server giving out addresses in the range 1-126 to the visitors. Use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 for anything to be accessed by all. Use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.128 for anything to be accessed by only the private business equipment. The 128 mask will mask out the 1-126 range. Or something like that. At this hour I won't swear by my math.
