Bingo, but you don't need a router or bridge. Just a subnet mask.
That'll work fine as long as you trust your guests not to mess with
their network settings...
All equipment gets an IP address with tha same first three numbers
(192.168.001.xxx).
Give all the private business equipment a static IP address ending in
129-254.
Set up a DHCP server giving out addresses in the range 1-126 to the
visitors.
Use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 for anything to be accessed by all.
Use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.128 for anything to be accessed by only
the private business equipment. The 128 mask will mask out the 1-126
range.
Or something like that. At this hour I won't swear by my math.
