I have a TIFF file scanned by an outside party that won't open in Photoshop because of "a problem parsing the Tiff file". I've tried opening it in Irfanview & on a Mac (I'm on a PC). I even tried changing the extension on it (this actually worked once). Any thoughts? tia.
