I've had my email address at potomacnet.com for about 15 years and a Verizon DSL since 1996, first in DC and now in Pittsburgh. About 4 weeks ago starting April 18, all my mail to verizon.net addresses (and only verizon.net addresses, all other emails go through) began bouncing with the following returned message:
<"recipient"@verizon.net>: connect to relay.verizon.net[206.46.232.11]: server refused mail service These bounce messages take 5 days to get back to me. Since I also have a verizon.net account, in addition to contacting potomacnet, com, I contacted Verizon. After navigating through voice mail hell, I reached a customer service rep on April 25th. She said she would send it to the proper dept. for investigation and I'd receive a call in 36 to 72 hours. On May 1st with no callback, I again contacted Verizon, got someone different and was told I'd hear in 48 hours On May 5, Eugene told me it was being sent to the TMG(??) dept with a case number, which he gave me and I'd hear back in 24 hours. Still nothing. Where and how can I reach someone to resolve this?
