Interestingly, in Belgium if I use up the Pay&Go card to zero, people can still call me inasmuch as the caller pays and the recipient does not!! Here in the USA they sell "AIR" twice; they've got us commin'&goin' !! If the caller is on the same company as I had (Proximus), then nobody pays on weekends. Outcalls to landlines on weekends were free (but I think that was a promotion)...
