Computer information is increasingly being brought into the court as
evidence in a crime. Both white collar and sexual crimes.
I would want to make sure that this is being done by a professional
law enforcement personal and computer personal.
A number of years ago I was asked by my Bishop if information could
be gotten off a computer used by a church professional that was
being asked to leave their position due to sexual problems (not criminal)
I told him yes but you would have to be able to know what you were looking for.
Nothing came of it, but computer inforamtion is increasingly being
used for civil lawsuits also.
