You just call the regular Comcast number - 1-800-COMCAST (I've got it
memorized I've had to call them so many times).

One of the voice mail choices is to cancel your service.

That's when the fun comes in. They'll ship you off to the "Customer
Retention Department" - they'll offer you lower rates to get you to
stay. I got my internet lowered to $24.95 per month for 768K up/384K
down - which is a heck of a lot better than I was getting for the $50 /
month "high speed" nonsense.

They'll also offer you something for your TV too in hopes of keeping
you.

Have fun with it! :-) Let us know what they offer...

Larry
