The short version is to:
* Go into Zone Alarm "Preferences" and uncheck "Load Zone Alarm at
startup
* Go into Windows security console and turn on Windows Firewall
* Reboot
* You can get to the Internet safely and download the latest version
of Zone Alarm which will resolve the problem
