Never said it had anything to do with Comcast.

I was illuminating upon a post by another that suggested a Trojan might be at fault.

A trojan horse must be activated by the user. This shouldn't happen if the user isn't an administrator. Even as administrator, you have to give permission for software to be installed. Did this happen? Or is it best to blame Comcast for the problems?
