We had an LCD monitor just turn off and not go on again about a month ago. Looks like it is cheaper to replace than repair.
We just got a new one, different manufacturer, and within three days, the same thing happened. I Googled around, but didn't see anything specific. Both were plugged into the "surge protection" part of a UPS. Could it be the computer connection? Some power problem getting through the UPS? Any ideas welcome.
